Iced Cappuccino Recipe

Skip the coffee shop line and make the best homemade iced cappuccino with this easy recipe!

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp. brewed espresso coffee 4 frozen coffee cubes
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp. sugar or more to taste
  • cinnamon or cocoa powder (optional) for serving

Instructions

  • Brew espresso coffee, let cool and pour into an ice cube tray.
  • Make sure your coffee ice cubes are completely frozen before proceeding with your iced cappuccino.
  • Place 4 coffee cubes in a blender. Add milk and sugar.
  • Process until foamy and slushy. Pour into a glass or cup and dust lightly with cinnamon or cocoa powder, if you wish.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Substitutions and Variations:
-For a mocha flavored iced capp, stir cocoa powder (I suggest 1 tbsp per individual) along with the milk in the blender. You may also substitute chocolate milk for plain milk.
-I have tried this recipe with almond milk instead of cow's milk and it works well.
-For an extra decadent treat, top your drink with whipped cream.
-The quantities of coffee cubes, milk and sugar are suggestions. Personalize the recipe according to your taste. Use more coffee for a stronger coffee flavor, or more milk or sugar as desired.
